Room cleaning is done daily between 12:00 – 17:00. In case of longer stays, we change bedlinen after every 3 days. Please leave towels on the floor if you wish for them to be changed.

Guests are able to order room service for drinks and meals from our restaurant. The restaurant menu can be found on the TV and in the information folder. Room service is available every day from 12:00 to 22:00. The service charge for room service is €30. Please call 776 for orders.

Guests are able to set an alarm through the TV in the hotel room. Alarm can also be ordered by calling the reception.

A safe and minibar can be found in the hotel room wardrobe.

Please call hotel reception to inquire about an extra bed and baby cot.

Please contact hotel reception if you would like to use an iron, ironing board, and kettle. Our personnel will deliver requested item to your room.

Buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant Âme, located on the first floor. Monday-Friday: 7:00 – 10:00 Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 – 11:00

Hotel luggage storage is located on the first floor. Please inform our personnel during check-out if you would like to leave your luggage to the hotel.

Restaurant Âme is open daily from 17:00 to 22:00 on the first floor of the hotel.

We offer a modern seminar room equipped with the latest technology. Please contact reception for reservations.

We offer a convenient laundry and dry cleaning service in the hotel, ensuring professional and quality cleaning and ironing of your clothes. Prices can be found on the laundry bag in the wardrobe.

We offer safe and fun children’s room and babysitting service. Experienced staff looks after your children either in the playroom or in your hotel room, allowing you to take a moment to yourself for example in our restaurant. For more information, please contact reception. Babysitting service is offered by pre-booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Drinks and snacks can be purchased from the hotel reception 24/7.

Check-in: From 15:00

Check-out: Until 12:00

Late Check-out: Complimentary until 13:00 when notifying reception in advance. Each subsequent hour incurs a fee of €20.

Early Check-in: If you arrive at the hotel between 6:00 and 12:00 and your room is ready, an early check-in fee of €30 applies.

The hotel has a convenient and reliable transfer service, ensuring a smooth transition between the hotel and other key destinations. We offer various cars, limousines, or minibusses. Please contact reception to book a transfer.

Several parking options are available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. On-street parking in the Old Town is chargeable at a rate of €6 per hour. The closest underground secure parking is located beneath the Balti Jaam Market building, where parking is available at a rate of €1.5 for 30 minutes or €10 for 24 hours.
