Spa house rules

At Nunne Boutique Hotel we strive to ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all our visitors. To maintain the tranquillity and well-being of everyone, please adhere to the following rules:

  • Health considerations: Before using our saunas and massage pool, please ensure that your health condition permits such activities.
  • Shower requirement: We kindly ask that you shower before entering the spa facilities, especially before using the saunas and the pool.
  • Haircare guidelines: Please refrain from swimming with loose hair; kindly tie your hair back securely. We also ask that you avoid hair colouring, the use of body care products, shaving and grooming on the spa premises.
  • Appropriate attire: Swimwear (swimsuit or bikini, swim trunks) is required in the spa. Please note that wearing underwear or being naked is not permitted and can lead to a penalty of up to 1,000€.
  • Safety awareness: The spa floor may be slippery; please move cautiously and avoid running or jumping into the pool. Nunne Boutique Hotel is not liable for any injuries or health issues incurred by guests, nor do we compensate for resulting damages.
  • Personal belongings: The hotel is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
  • Prohibited items and activities: Chewing gum and the use of tobacco products are not allowed. Please refrain from smoking in the spa and relaxation areas.
  • Lifeguard services: Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty.
  • Children’s policy: Guests under 14 years of age are allowed in the spa only when accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. We kindly ask the accompanying adult to supervise the children and ensure their safety. Younger children should wear swim diapers.
  • Outside food and beverage: Bringing outside food and drinks into the spa is not permitted. Refreshments are available for order on-site. We kindly request that food and beverages be consumed only in the relaxation area and not in the saunas or the pool.
  • Respectful conduct: We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards others and our staff. Our staff reserves the right to address any breaches of spa etiquette and, if necessary, request departure from the premises.
  • Assistance and inquiries: For any questions or concerns, please contact the reception desk via the phone located in the relaxation area.
  • Personal responsibility: Please take responsibility for your well-being while using the spa facilities.
  • Time limit: Each visit is limited to 2 hours.
